tough to understand and generally the type of cat that just screams independence, fireworks doesnt normally do much with the crowd. she's her own person [or cat..?] and just hates relying on others and having them rely on her. that's why she blows others off. to show them she can't be considered “responsible”, just so she won't have to hold that responsibility.
fireworks is outspoken and always one to voice her thoughts, and she normally doesn't do a lot of thinking beforehand. what happens happens, and she figures she'll be able to pull through one way or another.
